However, soon after the redevelopment of the 2012 Wally Web site has been completed,
work will begin on redeveloping the ACRW Web site with more modern technology,
(which should be accessible from Mobile Smart Devices).

Atletiek Gauteng Noord (AGN) Stap Liga
Marius Bosman is die Stap Goeroe van ons Klub. Marius skryf oor ons deelname aan die AGN Stapliga:
Ons Klub is tans 7de op die log. Ons posisie het verbeter vanaf die 9de voor die laaste wedloop.
Om ons klub se vertoning in pespektief te plaas: Ons het steeds nie die ideale minimum van 10 stappers by elke
ligabyeenkoms nie. Daarom behoort ons realistiese doelwit te wees om onder die eerste 3 tot 5 posisies aan die einde
van die seisoen te eindig.
Irene se top 10 atlete verdien elk 10 punte. Ons het slegs 3 atlete wat 10 punte kan verdien. Die res kry so tussen 5
en 7 punte elk afhangende van sy/haar tyd oor die afstand. As elkeen van die res sy/haar punte met 1 elk kan lig, is
dit 5 ekstra punte, Sou ons dan nog 2 stappers bykry wat elk 5 punte verdien, kry ons daarmee 15 ekstra punte.
Daarmee sou ons tot die algehele 4de posisie kon opskuif volgens die huidige stand. [Aangeheg die puntetoekenning]
Baie dankie aan almal wat in die kleure van ACRW stap – met die W(alker) kenteken en ouderdomsgtoep op die
frokkie. Om in die liga te stap verleen 'n ekstra dimensie aan 'n atleet se mondering. Dis ook uitdagend, bevredigend,
gesond vir die liggaam en gees, en pret daarby.
Let daarop dat Saterdag 24 Maart se Great 15k Race by Pilditch ook ‘n ligawedloop is.

2012 ASA LICENCE NUMBERS HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE FROM 7 DEC 2011
Membership for 2012 opened on 7 December 2011 at the club. Those who want to renew membership via electronic transfer can do so immediately (details below) and collect their numbers from 7 December onwards.
Those paying via EFT, PLEASE complete the following two Registration forms and then scan them and e-mail them to summermj@telkomsa.net together with your proof of payment.

Anyone who wanted to reserve their 2011 licence number should have sent Mike an e-mail at summermj@telkomsa.net before 1 January 2012, whereafter numbers will be sold on a first come, first served, basis. U snooze U loose.
You MUST have a 2012 Licence number for races in February 2012 onwards - the 2011 licence number was only valid in January 2012.
